Products are manufactured according to the customer’s drawings and technical instructions. If necessary, we assist customers with various technical solutions.
Steel work is performed by a manufacturer that has welding capabilities, equipment for working sheet metal, pipes and profiles (cutting, bending, etc.). The welding work is done in the same way as for rubber lined pipes and fittings.
We also deliver complete DART valves with plugs and seats including pneumatic cylinders.
Surfaces intended to rubber lining and rust protection is treated according to customer requirements (we also do various treatments such as painting, galvanizing). Parts that do not fit in the autoclave cold vulcanized with approved adhesion. Objects with dimensions that exceed the limits for ordinary transport can be divided into smaller components with rubber flange joints. Mounting and sealing tests performed before the delivery.
